The public representation separates four layers. Historical snapshot A is the six-item list from docs/07. Historical snapshot B is the differing Flarum six-item list. Current prepared seed/display layer contains seven prepared identities. The established public state is: seven are technically prepared and zero have completed real move-in, unless a newer stronger source supersedes it.
Seed/display ≠ residency: Preparation, seed target type, display, or roster membership do not prove move-in or operative resident biography.
Mapping: Legacy-to-current mappings remain open. dak+gord-system may appear both as a documented system layer and as a seed/display representation; this page does not decide its ontology.
